Crawford & Company has a strong commitment to training and professional development.  Continuous learning, on-the-job training, and targeted coaching are pivotal to ensuring that all employees perform their duties consistently and accurately.

All employees receive an employee orientation and have a formal annual performance appraisal that includes the identification of individual training needs. A road map to success is developed for each employee, outlining required training.  Some positions also include formal online training, offered through KMC OnDemandSM.

Crawford also strongly encourages employees to stay up to date on the latest industry trends. Employees are reimbursed for external training that is job-related or leads to an industry certification.
